Display Rooms for Reservations
Rooms are assigned to reservations based on their grades and Owner RevPar values. The rooms are categorized in the ascending order of priority of grades, that is, the rooms that are under grade 1 are assigned the highest priority.
Sample Scenario
Consider the rooms created for the NKX room type with the following grades and Owner RevPar values.

When users create a reservation using the NKX room type, the Room Assignment tab of the Book a Reservation screen will display the rooms based on their grade and Owner RevPar values. In this scenario, rooms 101 and 102 fall under the same grade (1). Out of these two rooms, 102 has the least value of Owner RevPar. Hence, room number 102 will be assigned to the next reservation as a priority followed by room numbers, 101, 103, and 104.
When the housekeeping condition of the room is not suitable for check-in, the room will not be displayed for selection.
When users proceed to book a reservation without assigning a room, the rooms will be displayed in the same order of assignment in the Other Matching Rooms section of the reservation.
When a room is assigned to the reservation during date roll, or from the following screens, room 102 will be assigned:

This order of room assignment is applied when users upgrade the room type of a reservation to NKX from the Recommended Upgrades section or perform a scheduled room move for a reservation booked using a different room type to NKX room type.
Feature Configuration
Enable the Owner feature setting.
Navigate to All Settings ➜ General ➜ Rooms & Room Types ➜ Property Configuration ➜ Add/Edit pop-up screen.
Configure a grade for the room in the Grade field.
Navigate to All Settings ➜ General ➜ Rooms & Room Types ➜ Room Assignment.
Select Grade + Owner RevPar from the Room Assignment drop-down list. The following fields will be displayed.

When users modify the selected room assignment option, the newly selected room assignment option will be applied post completion of date roll for the night.
